intermediate Online Admission in 1st year-TS intermediate board
The government has instructed the Telangana Intermediate Board to create an easy process for students to get intermediate online admission in 1st year without going to colleges and to make a positive decision for students even on online classes. To this end, the Telangana Intermediate Board is introducing a new policy for admissions called ‘Self Enrollment Online Option’.
There are a total of 404 government junior colleges across the state. The student had to go there and apply for admission. Under this new system, the student can get admission in the college online from home.
For this, the ‘Self Enrollment Online Option’ intermediate online admission in 1st year will be available on the official website of the Inter Board from Tuesday. It contains a list of all government colleges.
The application has to be filled by entering the tenth class hall ticket number, selecting the college for admission.

Once the admissions are finalized, the tenth class certificate, TC and other certifications have to be sent to the college. These can be submitted through your service centers.
Admissions can be obtained in all government colleges under this scheme. Junior colleges across the state are scheduled to start from Tuesday as per the pre-determined schedule. However, the Inter-Board announced that it was postponing these in the wake of the lockdown.
Inter Board Commissioner’s voice about Admission in 1st year
Inter Board Commissioner Syed Umar Jalil said on 31st May 2021 Monday that principals along with non-teaching staff already on duty in colleges would consider applications for admissions received online.
The board also withdrew orders to start online classes for Inter first and second year students from Tuesday. Due to lack of clarity on the syllabus and first year admissions being in the early stages, the Inter Board postponed them.
